Warm air to bring Brasília to 35°C in Brazil

Temperatures to rise with warm air and strong sunshine
On September 22, temperatures in Brazil are expected to rise as warm air combines with strong sunshine. Air warmer than +21°C around 1,500 m above ground extends toward Bolivia, continuing to warm areas near the surface. Skies are expected to be generally clear, allowing sunlight to warm the surface and making daytime temperatures more likely to rise.
Outlook for various areas
Warm air and strong sunshine will continue during the period. Brasília is expected to reach 35°C on the 22nd, with humidity at 16%, resulting in dry heat. On the 23rd, clouds are expected to spread and weaken the sunshine, bringing temperatures down to 33°C. Recife will reach 30°C as warm air does not move into the lower layers of the atmosphere; Rio de Janeiro will reach 29°C and São Paulo 26°C. None of these cities is expected to reach 35°C.
Please avoid going outdoors during the day as much as possible. Drink water frequently and take measures to cope with the heat, such as improving ventilation indoors.
