Warm air expected to bring Seville, Spain to 38°C

Temperatures to rise due to warm air and strong sunshine
On September 26, temperatures are expected to rise in Spain as warm air and strong sunshine combine. At around 1,500 m above ground, warm air of +18°C or higher is spreading widely from the Atlantic and continues to warm areas near the surface. With relatively few clouds, the effects of sunshine are also contributing, making daytime temperatures more likely to rise.
Outlook for various areas
Warm air and strong sunshine will continue during this period. Seville is expected to reach 38°C on the 26th, with humidity at 12%, resulting in hot, dry conditions. This heat is expected to ease on the 27th as clouds spread and sunshine weakens, with temperatures falling to 33°C. Meanwhile, Madrid will be 32°C with weaker sunshine, Barcelona 26°C as warm air does not reach the lower levels, and Bilbao 25°C; none of these cities is expected to reach 35°C.
Avoid going outdoors during the day as much as possible. Drink water frequently and take measures to protect yourself from the heat, such as improving airflow indoors.
