Central: rain in the afternoon and evening

On Thursday, 5 November, Central has an 80% chance of rain, with rain and occasional breaks forecast for the day. A low-pressure system expected nearby from tonight through tomorrow evening is behind the wet outlook. Rain is forecast in the early morning, and again in the afternoon and evening, so an umbrella is a good idea for outings then.

Jurong West and Woodlands are each forecast to be cloudy and then rainy, with a 70% chance of rain. Both also see rain in the afternoon and evening, so the same umbrella advice applies there.

Sengkang: afternoon rain, then a sunny evening

Sengkang is forecast to be cloudy with occasional rain, and there is a 70% chance of rain. Rain is forecast in the early morning and again in the afternoon, while the evening is sunny, so an umbrella is most useful for those two periods.

Changi is forecast to be sunny with occasional rain, and there is a 60% chance of rain. Rain is forecast in the early morning, so an umbrella is a sensible option for early starts, while the afternoon and evening are forecast to be sunny.

Highs of 30°C to 31°C, cooler than today
