Mumbai, India, forecast to reach 36°C amid strong sunshine

Temperatures to rise as strong sunshine continues for four days
From October 20 to October 23, strong sunshine combined with warm air is expected to raise temperatures across India. Skies are expected to be mostly clear, allowing sunshine to warm the ground. In addition, warm air of +18°C or higher from the Arabian Sea is spreading widely at around 1,500 m and continues to warm the air near the surface. This pattern is expected to persist.
Outlook for major cities
Strong sunshine and warm air are expected to continue throughout the period. Mumbai is forecast to reach 36°C from the 20th to the 23rd, with humidity of 44% to 55%. Delhi is forecast to reach 32–33°C, Lucknow 31–32°C and Chennai 31–32°C; none is expected to reach 35°C.
Please limit outdoor activities during the day as much as possible. Take precautions against the heat by drinking water regularly and keeping indoor spaces well ventilated.
