Surabaya, Indonesia, forecast to reach 35°C as warm air builds

Temperatures to rise as warm air persists for six days
From October 29 to November 3, warm air and strong sunshine are expected to combine to raise temperatures in Indonesia. At around 1,500 m, warm air of +18°C or higher from the Indian Ocean is spreading across a broad area and continues to warm the air near the surface. With few clouds and strong solar radiation, these conditions are expected to persist.
Outlook for locations
Warm air and strong sunshine are expected to persist during the period. Surabaya is forecast to reach 35°C from October 29 through November 3, with relative humidity of 52% to 54%. Denpasar is forecast to reach 32–33°C and Jakarta 31–32°C; neither is expected to reach 35°C.
Limit outdoor activities during the day as much as possible. Drink fluids regularly and improve airflow indoors to help cope with the heat.
