Manila, Philippines, forecast to reach 35°C under strong sunshine

Warm air and strong sunshine to raise temperatures
From November 6 to 7, strong sunshine combined with warm air is expected to raise temperatures across the Philippines. Skies will be mostly clear, allowing sunshine to warm the surface. Meanwhile, warm air of +18°C or higher is spreading widely from the South China Sea at around 1,500 m, continuing to warm the area near the surface. This pattern is expected to persist.
Outlook for major cities
Strong sunshine and warm air are expected to continue during this period. Manila is forecast to reach 35°C from the 6th to the 7th, with humidity low at 42% to 43%, making for dry heat. Cebu and Davao are forecast to reach 30–32°C, while Baguio is expected to reach 26°C; none are forecast to reach 35°C.
Limit outdoor activities during the day as much as possible. Take precautions against the heat by drinking water regularly and keeping indoor spaces well ventilated.
