Temperatures to Rise Under Warm Air and Strong Sunshine

On September 28, temperatures will rise in Vietnam as strong sunshine combines with warm air. Skies will be generally clear, allowing sunshine to warm the surface, while warm air of +18°C or higher around 1,500 m above sea level is spreading widely from the South China Sea and continuing to warm areas near the surface. As a result, daytime temperatures are expected to climb.

Outlook for Various Areas

Strong sunshine and warm air will continue during the period. Hanoi is forecast to reach 35°C on the 28th, with humidity also high at 61%, making conditions muggy. By contrast, Da Nang is forecast at 32°C, while Ho Chi Minh City is also forecast at 32°C with weaker sunshine; neither is expected to reach 35°C.
